While it is always advised for EVERY EMPLOYEE to be aware of all applicable rules, laws, regulations and mandates, a bare minimum of the course studies should be provided as a requirement for all Dealership Employees. Credit/Debit Card Handling and E-Signature Act

In this course, we will cover key federal rules, laws, mandates and regulations designed to protect credit/debit card holders, these include the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and the E-Sign Act. We will also address the legal acceptance of E-Signatures.

In this course, we provide Dealership Personnel a basic working knowledge of Dealership Ancillary Products. This is an excellent overview for the entire Dealership Personnel.
