Galina and Charles Campbell founded US Compliance Academy in 1989 to provide compliance solutions to Rv dealerships across the United States.
The team is sometimes referred to as the Dynamic Duo. Along with compliance and consultant work, the couple provides on-site training and certification as well as online certifications. The company offers a dealership compliance manual that meets federal regulatory requirements.
In the company’s early years, Charles Campbell’s brother, Manny Campbell, worked for the business.
Manny Campbell brought new technology solutions to the company along with administrative experience and knowledge.
Galina and Charles Campbell face their greatest challenges when dealerships are involved in a regulatory audit or court proceeding. The couple can step in then and use their expertise to help counsel dealership principals through the process.
The pair do plenty of compliance work outside direct consultations. They speak at industry roundtables and 20 Group meetings as well as state and national events. Galina and Charles can be found performing on-site dealership presentations and have written numerous articles and documents about ongoing compliance efforts. They are voracious readers, maintaining the best understanding possible about state and national regulatory matters affecting the RV industry.
