Trade associations, such as the NADA and the RVDA offer structured GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act), or Consumer Privacy Choice, forms.

• This GLBA Privacy Form must:
  • Be completely filled out
  • Signed by the Consumer(s)
  • A copy of this GLBA Privacy Form must be provided to the Consumer PRIOR to completing any business transaction with the Dealership.
