The US Compliance Academy (USCA) created the Society of Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional, along with its accompanying “Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional” designation (CCEP), as a distinguished recognition for those Industry Professionals that meet the standards and agree to abide by the accompanying “Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.”
In order to join the Society of Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional, and attain the distinction and status, of being a USCA Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional (CCEP), the following conditions must be met:
- The Professional must take and pass ALL Online USCA Certification Courses.
- The Professional must take and pass the additional Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional (CCEP) Course, and the accompanying CCEP Quizzes.
- Upon completion of the Online USCA Certification Courses and the CCEP Course and Quizzes, the Professional must accept and sign the “USCA Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy” acknowledging their agreement to operate and conduct themselves within the professional and ethical conduct outlined therein.
- The Professional must e-mail the signed “Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy” to info@USComplianceacademy.com.
The US Compliance Academy will then present the CCEP Professional with a distinguished Award Plaque, along with the USCA’s Certified Compliance and Ethical Professional badge/medallion that they can proudly place on their business cards, emails, etc. to display their achievement in earning such a distinction.
The CCEP Professional may also start adding the coveted “CCEP” next to their name on business cards, email signatures etc.
