OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets and Control)

In this course, we will address how the Dealership can protect itself against expensive civil and criminal penalties and fines administered by The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC),

We will review how OFAC administers and enforces economic sanctions programs which are primarily against countries and groups of individuals, such as terrorists, money launderers and narcotics traffickers, and how this applies to Dealerships.

OFAC compliance has been a “must” for RV, Auto, Marine and Power Sports Dealerships since the USA Patriot Act was signed into law on October 26, 2001.
